CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  • At Skoulan Overseas, we value the trust you place in us when you enroll in our educational services. Our goal is to provide high-quality online tutoring tutoring, student counseling, and career guidance with full transparency and fairness. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or request 

1. General Guidelines

This policy applies to all paid services offered by Skoulan, including but not limited to:

  •  Online tutoring sessions (individual or batch)
  • Counseling packages( emotional, academic, or career)
  • subscription-based learning plans 
  • Demo-to-premium course upgrades

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any service or course. By enrolling or making a payment, you agree to the terms stated below.

2. Free demo Policy.

We encourage all new users to take advantage of our free demo sessions ( where applicable) before purchasing a full course or package. Demo classes are designed to give you a sense of our teaching style, environment, and methods. Refunds will not be provided on the basis of personal preference after a demo opportunity has been accepted and the paid plan has started.

3. Cancellation by Student / Parent

You may cancel your subscription or course by contacting us through email at:

a) For One- Time Booked Sessions:

  • Cancellation made 24 hours or more before the scheduled session will be eligible for full credit to your account ( reschedule or adjust in  next session).
  • Cancellation made within 24 hours of the session are not refundable or reschedulable unless in cases of emergency with valid proof.

b) For Packages( weekly/Monthly Plans):

  • You may cancel your package anytime, but the refund will be subject to usage.
  • If you have used only 1 or 2 sessions out of a 10-session package, you will receive a partial refund after deducting charges for used sessions and a nominal processing free.
  • If 50% or more sessions are used, the package will be considered as consumed and no refund will be issued.

4. Refund Timeline and Method

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 to 10 working days. The amount will be credited to the original mode of payment (UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit card, ect. ). We will notify you via email once the refund has been initiated.

5. Cancellation by Skoulan 

In rare situations, Skoulan may cancel or reschedule a class or course due to technical issues, faculty unavailability, or low enrollment. in such cases:

  • Affected students will be notified immediately.
  • A full refund or reschedule option will be provided, as per your preference.

6. Non-Refundable Items are:

  • Registration or admission fee( if mentioned)
  • Any one-time consultation fees
  • Customized learning plans, once started 
  • Promotional or discounted services 
  • Last-minute booked sessions

7. Special Cases & Appeals

We Understand emergencies happen. if you miss sessions due to medical reasons, personal crises, or unavoidable situations, we may offer compensation in the form of:

  • Session rescheduling 
  • session extension 
  • partial refund (after case review)

Such requests must be supported with valid documents or evidence and submitted to  info@skoulan.com with 5 days of the missed session.
